Made this a bit bigger so you can see the recipe

I set my oven at 160 degrees centigrade and it was fine.

Ingredients;

All mixed and ready for the oven

I don't think baking parchment was in vogue when this book was written, but I find it essential for stress free cake removal!

Ready for the taste test.....

It didn't last very long!
